Was shopping for a nice dependable used car. My family suggested to go and check them out.  They have been in business for years .I was very pleased with how nice the inventory was. Price point was reasonable and the process was simple. John was very easy going and allowed me to shop at my own pace. Picked a car test drove it and did the application in and out in less than a hour. I would suggest hands down you go check them out. The entire staff was friendly and courteous. I recently purchased a 2007 Escalade from Liz at Chapman Motor Co.  It was a super easy process, until two weeks later I was headed to breakfast and the front end started making a horrible noise.   It was Saturday,  and I was sure Liz was not in the office.  But Maria answered and I explained what was going on.   She arranged towing and a loaner car, and said she would call me on Monday.  They had it fixed and ready for pickup by Monday afternoon.  I was shocked and amazed.   Great customer service, and when I went to pick it up, they felt it was there mistake and didn't charge me!   I don't know how much more fair they could have been. It was truly a great experience!

We were greeted by Caesar right off we knew we would be taken care of. He even asked if we would like to test drive it. We test drove it and liked everything about our 2007 Acura MDX.
Went through the process.. They even called around to insurance companies since ours was closed. We left the same day with our Acura.
