I just purchased a used Ram 2500 and worked with James at Chapman Value Center on McDowell Rd in Scottsdale. James was easily the most stand up honest car salesman Ive ever worked with. I was working with about 9 other dealerahips over the past month searching for a newer truck to use for work. As always you, went to see the truck, spoke to James, had a great conversation, then left to think about it. As I had been speaking with other salesman at different dealerships, I kept referring back my conversation with James. He listened, he was attentive, didnt try to hustle me as you know in the business is pretty common, he was geniune and an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was 80% of the reason I went back to this dealership. Ive bought many trucks, I've been burned by several dealerships, been treated like a fool at many dealerships. In an industry that tends to have a stigma at times, rest assured, thats not the experience at this location and not at all how James treats his clients. I will 1000% bring my business back to James and this dealership hands down. If you are looking to purchase a used vehicle, I highly recommend giving them a try and please ask for James. You will NOT be disappointed. The finance guy Joe as well as the Managers Greg and Decker were also great to work with. I am writing this review because this dealership honestly deserves it.
