I had a dash light come on for my break booster failing. Caitlyn in service called me, made me aware the urgency of it getting it and was able to get my car looked at within the same week of calling. She was super friendly, communicated everything in a timely manner and kept me in the loop for everything. After the overall inspection there was additional services recommended, I appreciated being made aware of this and not feeling pushed into anything. They ended up getting the part earlier than anticipated and was able to get my car back a few days earlier than first expected. Overall great experience and service. My car drove and felt great after picking up. So grateful to get my car back so quickly working around a busy life/work schedule. Thank you to all staff involved at Chapman Volkswagen Tucson! Will always recommend an Atlas to any mom looking for a car!

Katlynn was such a great help. She went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care! Great communication.  The work was fabulously done. Loaner car was fun to drive.
As for the time it took for the repair was exhausting. Thank God I didn't have to rent a car. I love that they have loaner cars available!

I saw some vehicles I liked online, so I made an appointment to come in and begin my search. The person I was originally working with left for the day, but he set me up with Marco and he was very helpful! I was trading in my car for an SUV. He and the manager worked up a quote for my trade-in and I honestly found it fair for a trade-in I knew it would be less than private party, but for the ease of trading-in I did it. We then found a vehicle that fit my needs and budget. He made sure I didn't have something with too many miles and that was in good condition. We found a Tiguan that was perfect for me. Marco helped me pick a warranty that worked for me and went over all the amazing things that my new vehicle came with. Financing was easy, he discussed every detail with me. Then after a few days getting detailed and ready for me my new vehicle was ready for pick up. I noticed a noise in the tire pretty quickly, and the next morning I still heard it and text Marco. I brought it in the next weekend and the service manager was a BIG help, got it fixed for me within hours. I am very happy with my purchase! I am very happy with how I was treated and the stigma of a female going into the car dealership alone is not here. They treated me like a family member and wanted to make sure I was educated on each step of the process. I would buy from here again!
