I was told during a recent oil change that I had a broken motor mount. I called and set up an appointment and brought my Tahoe in on Tuesday morning, the 23rd. Within two hours they called and confirmed that the more amount was broken and there’s other work that needed to be done. I had purchased the extended warranty when I bought the car. I was told right away that it should be covered, but they needed to get approval. Tuesday went by Wednesday went by on Thursday afternoon. I called the gentleman that was helping me, Juan Robles, by this time, I was not happy that it was taken so long to get it approved and I vented on Juan. He handled me professionally and courteously and told me he would take care of the situation. My Friday morning the authorization was in and at that point he went to work and I got my truck back on Saturday morning. I know extra time was put in to satisfy me and I appreciate that, and you should give Juan an Atta A Boy for the way he handled the situation. All is well now.
