The short version: Paulina the service representative was very helpful and ensured the mechanics understood my problems. Great job all around!

Long: I had an air conditioning problem where my AC would come on and then blow hot air, cold again for a bit and then hot air non stop. Setup the appointment online, check in with Paulina was easy and she annotated my AC problem and went ahead and wanted the transmission fluid serviced. Later that day I was informed the AC would not fail so they add dye to test for leaks and fill up with freon. They wanted to keep the vehicle to test the leak but understood it was the only family vehicle I had. Dropped it off the next day, no leak noted and transmission felt smoother. I had remembered it had a recall but didn't mention it to Paulina until I was picking it up. She said don’t worry, they took care of that too and it’s documented. They also washed and cleaned the vehicle inside and out, had breakfast in the waiting area, and provided a shuttle. Great service, would highly recommend.
