I recently had the pleasure of doing business at Cherati Motors and had an excellent experience. Angela and Aaron are friendly and respectful. They are not what you imagine a typical car dealership to be like. The vehicle was exactly as listed online in my Carfax search. The dealership followed up with me timely when needed. As soon as my finance went through, they called me up to come sign a few papers and drive my Ford Escape home. I will keep them in mind for all my future car needs!

So let me just say this place was not what I expected. I came in today with my mom and toddler at my side. My toddler is in the potty training stages and she had an accident. One of these dang agents got up and went to her car and grabbed my baby a fresh new outfit she had just recently gotten for her own kid out of her car and passed it to my mom for my toddler. Lorena!!!! You're an absolute gem and don't let anyone tell you differently. Then there is Angela, oh my gosh such an accommodating and kind woman. She gave me info on my car, had some laughs with me and I really had a good time buying a car. It was a smooth experience and exchange with them. I felt as if I was among old friends. Then lastly there is the amount of my car. I couldn't afford the original amount and once hearing I was military they provided me with a discount. Not only was this a huge help but a heart-warming experience considering many places no longer offer that for us anymore. The price changed considerably and again added to the layers of helpful information and calming environment they were providing. Thank you guys again. I am genuinely happy with my experience and purchase. I wish you all nothing but success.

Excellent service, wonderful staff. They had me in the exact car I wanted (2015 Dodge Dart) with no nonsense. They didn't try and upsale or pressure me into something different. Will gladly recommend and do business with them again.
