I didn't purchase my Silverado here but have had it serviced here since new.  Recently, at 22,000 miles, it spun a bearing and needed a new engine.  These guys got it right in, Tim got the new engine in a week, and 4 weeks later, it was done, no charge.  Charlie did a great job doing the work.  3 weeks is a long time for the swap, but I guess other jobs took priority since they had given me a car to drive while my truck was down.  Overall, it was a good experience.
