I walked into Culver City Chevrolet a week ago with one goal, buying my wife a car. Dino(the salesman) and David (sales manager) were helping her through the process when, just for fun, I asked them to appraise my truck. I had no real plans to trade it in, but the offer they gave me was so good that I started seriously considering getting myself a new ride.

At first, I tried to make a deal on a truck they had in stock, but it was over my budget. So, I went home, did my research, and found the perfect truck elsewhere. The only problem? That dealership wouldn’t match the trade-in value Dino and David had offered me.

So, I went back to Culver City Chevrolet to see if they could work some magic. And man, did they deliver! Dino and David pulled through, traded for the truck I wanted, and got me an absolute DEAL. Watching them work was impressive, these guys hustle, and they genuinely want to help their customers.

Beyond the killer deal, the experience was top notch. The truck was spotless, the process was smooth, and even the little perks like a fancy coffee machine and filtered water, made the wait enjoyable.

Also, The managers were hands on and truly cared about making the deal work for me, not just pushing a sale. The finance department was just as impressive, they were efficient, transparent, and made the paperwork process stress free. Everyone I interacted with, from sales to service, was professional, friendly, and clearly passionate about what they do.

David and Dino deserve a raise (and maybe some new cars themselves) for their dedication. If you’re in the market for a Chevy, don’t bother looking anywhere else. Culver City Chevrolet is where you need to go!

Really great experience. Our sales rep Aria Adl was very nice upon arriving and through the steps to get this done..even when we all were not quite on the same page. But Aria and team really went out of the way to make this deal happen. We drove in from Santa Clarita and were happy to go home with this car. I am grateful to have had a good a  experience and a delightful sales person. There were 2 weird things that did happen  1. Car missing brake fluid and the 2nd being a warning sticker on the driver window between the glass and tint??? So I am hoping they will come through to get this remedied.
