I bought a cash car at 2:30.  Why am I still at the lot at 5?  Does it take that long to wash and vacuum? Or did you take my money, then dismiss the customer service piece of your business for me? Don't take my money and then forget that I came correct with no haggle.  30 minutes ago they would have had 5 stars, but the disregard...2 stars tops!

It's been almost a month since I had the above experience.  The sales representative reached out to offer an apology and relay sympathy from the owner less than a week after my visit.

What's most important is the quality of the vehicle I bought.  I bought a used car and it runs like new.  I immediately changed my oil and replaced the shocks and struts, rear brakes.  The only problems I had were caused by rust which was expected before I bought it since it was originally kept up north.

At this point I have driven over 2,000 miles.  I am satisfied with my purchase.
