Flawless, streamlined experience with Vincent and Lee.   I called, Vince found a corvette in stock with most of my requirements, and 15 minutes later I reserved it.  They Fedex all the documents overnight so that I can arrive with all documents signed.  Pickup was seamless.  Lee did the orientation and 20 minutes later I'm on my way.  Thrilled with my new baby!

Everyone I dealt with from the time I arrived until I left was super nice, very professional and very outgoing. I couldn't have had an easier experience. Unfortunately I forget the name of the sales manager, including him, I dealt with Mike Wheeler( finance; he makes the process easy, fun and very honest, great guy!) Anthony Melton(sales, this guy is great. Doesn't try to fast talk you, keeps it real and honest. Like dealing with a friend, which is rare in this business, ask for him you wint be disappointed), and met Rob(I believe I have that right) from service. All were great to deal with and I look forward to becoming a loyal, repeat customer. The staff was great.

My 2021 Stingray had to be left at the dealership for a week.

My front hood was inoperable and wouldn't open.

The entire locking mechanism had to be replaced under my extended warranty package.

My total out of pocket expense for the work order  was $1100.00.

Upon my return to pick up the car I found the exterior (only) very dirty and in need of a wash as it sat outside in the lot over that weekend.

Would have appreciated a call to ascertain if I wanted the car washed prior to my arrival.

Otherwise I had a satisfactory service experience with Ciocca. ????
