Charles Black (Vehicle Reconditioning Supervisor) was very pleasant and professional; it was a pleasure working with him.  He is truly an access to the company. He explains the benefits of Ceramic coating and how long the process will take. I was in/out in one day.  I even received shuttle service thanks to George Marshall.  I highly recommend this service.  The day of pick-up I was truly surprised on how my vehicle look like glass (no kidding).  Charles also explained how to maintain the Ceramic Coating and even gave me a demo with the water bottle.  The water did not stick to paint on the vehicle (it's amazing!). And that sealed the deal.  I will definitely be back this fall for the maintenance wash for the ceramic coating on my vehicle. Another satisfied customer, MIC DROP!!!
