Matt Blasi was the only reason this service trip was worth the rating. We have had an almost catastrophic issue with a previous oil change that almost caused totaling damage to our engine. Luckily we caught the issue before it was too late.

Matt made us forget about the previous issue, and now we are willing to take all of our vehicles to him instead of another service center. Thank you Matt! He was also noticed small details about our vehicle like a magnet that connected us to a common vacation location. He went as far as to recommend his favorite places in that location for us to visit.

This type of service is hard to find in recent times and I couldn’t be more thankful to see that there are still people that care about more than their paycheck. If I could, I would poach him and offer him a job in my business, but I know he is loyal and loves where he works.
