My son and I came in to buy a car we found online.  Everyone at the dealership was very nice and we both felt very comfortable with the whole process.  Much more comfortable than at other high-pressure dealerships.  A few days later we noticed a sensor error and brought the car back.  The service team took the car in right away and did a full check and fixed the issue at no cost. Great service!!  Then a few days after that, right before my son was about to leave on a road trip we noticed the brakes locking up.  We brought the car back in and the service team took care of the issue right away and checked everything else out on the car since it was headed out on a road trip.  Also, at no cost.
This is a great dealership and they really take care of their customers.  Would definitely buy from them again and recommend them to others!!

The entire team at City Volkswagen in Evanston were amazing!!!

I was a loyal Nissan driver at the same dealership for the past 18 years, 4 purchases and 1 lease. When I went to turn in my lease they were dismissive, non accommodating with any requests and extremely rude. There were no customers in the dealership except me and the sales manager did not even take the time to answer my inquires he simply relayed answers through the sales rep even after I asked to speak with him. So I left and went to City Volkswagen to look around.

Ian E. in Sales and Jennifer S. in finance were fantastic to work with. Ian went above and beyond describing vehicles and finding  a vehicle that met my needs, expectations and price point. Ian found and setup a positive and fare lease return with a different Nissan dealership and even provided me transportation to and from that dealership.

Jennifer made the financing negotiations and paperwork enjoyable. Her wit and candor was very refreshing.

Needles to say I've become a big fan of the vehicles and the service provided by City Volkswagen. Will recommend them for your next car purchase or lease.
