My partner and I were dreading the whole “buying a used car gig,” but Cityside Subaru was our first and last stop. From the customer service to the 2021 Impreza we left with, was unparalleled to any past experience. Our dealer Fabio was just as fabulous as his name! He did his absolute best to find all the specs we wanted at our goal price range, and we were even able to trade in our car for a fair trade towards our purchase! Subaru Cityside knows how to do business the friendly, inviting way and was never pushy, but listened to our needs/wants and clearly delivered! My brother was looking for a new Subaru so I agreed to help him. I forwarded information for dealers on the North Shore but he insisted on Cityside Subaru as it was closer to his house. On shopping day we were not sure if we would walk away with a car or not so we had a million questions.

At Cityside we were introduced to Sales Associate Caitlin. Her easy going approach and questions helped us understand base models, features, trade ins and inventory on hand very quickly. Recently purchased a vehicle here. My salesman was Joe. No pressure making the purchase. We had a long test drive on both local and highway, which was great. Joe was very patient explaining every question we had, and gave me a good training on the new vehicle before I drove it home. Really appreciated it! My first Subaru car, so far I’m happy about it.

Currently waiting for my new car. This place (and especially salesman Eric) is great! I have never purchased a car from a dealer before, and the first time I went in they were happy to help but didn’t pressure me when I said I just wanted to get a feel for what I liked. They followed up with me a couple times but not overwhelmingly so (unlike other dealerships). When I finally sat down to talk numbers, they were transparent about all the fees and financing options. He’s been great with communication, and I’m so excited for my car to get from port to the dealer!
