When I knew that it was time for a new vehicle, I also knew that it would need to be a Subaru as I have been satisfied with their performance for many years.
My only question was, “Which dealership should I go to ? do I choose one that I have dealt with for prior purchases and service?
One that is most convenient to get to?”

Abagail was perfection! She was so professional and kind and went beyond! She explained everything the service was going to do. She made us aware that our inspection was due and asked if we would like it inspected while here. I’m in the customer service business and I have to say Abagail is a real star! I would like to make an update to my previous review.  Although,  my first experience was not so pleasant I did decide to give Clay Subaru another chance to make things right.  I received a call from David the Manger who was insistence on making things right,  which he did.   I was able to get into the car that I wanted in the first place and got an even better deal with how they handled the return of the vehicle I was leasing. David and Will were very helpful with making this happened.  Not sure who made what call in their end,  but all I know is I now have a beautiful new Subaru in which I am very happy. Everyone there was very nice and helpful and knew my name. I meant no harm in my first review to the entire dealership,  I only expected to be treated fairly and with respect like anyone else.
