We just purchased a new Taos from #1 Cochran VW North Hills. Mike Heffley in sales was the reason that we decided to purchase here as he was very easy to work with and did a great job helping us select the right vehicle for our needs. We had been to so many other dealers looking at cars and the experiences are certainly a mixed bag.. I will say that I do appreciate the transparency from Cochran. Mike sent us several things by text and email to review and it made the whole process easy once we arrived at the dealership.
I do feel bad that Kurtis in finance had to hand write everything due to the software issues affecting dealers, but he made the process easy as well.
In all, I thought Cochran did a great job. No games and they got us in and out quickly and it was a comfortable experience. The car is great too- Thanks!

I brought my car in for regular oil change and they noticed my state inspection due next month. When they did the walk around video he mentioned they could do it that day if I had all the paperwork.  I was ecstatic about not having to make another appointment and return in a month. They were super fast and got me out of there in an hour! Chris and the boys ROCK!
