We needed a replacement truck - fast. Of course, that puts us in a vulnerable position. We found a truck online at Cole that we were interested in and headed to the dealer. Walked in the door and saw Evan. He was a brand new sales employee and was assisted by Joe. They were awesome through the whole process. We bought the truck and love it. Looks like it is a great place for parts and service as well. They have a very comfortable waiting are - not like some of the claustrophobic caves of some other places. They even had a barista! Love this place ??

This is my third car from Cole Buick GMC Cadillac. The main reason I continue to go to Cole is because of my salesman Stew. Stew is a great guy who kept me an apprised of when the new 2024 Acadia’s would arrive.  On the day the new cars arrived.,Stew called me and I met him to look at a new 2024 Acadia. Stew first set up a meeting for me with Doug so we could go over my trade-in of my 2019 terrain, Doug was very easy to work with and gave me a great price. I decided to purchase the car. Stew set me up with financing and that process was extremely easy, all of my paperwork was complete when I arrived and Jacob and Stew had worked together to transfer my plate and insurance to the new car. Cole is definitely the best dealership in Southwest Michigan and their service department is outstanding.
