I recently purchased a vehicle from this outstanding dealership, my experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I walked in to service my other vehicle, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism.

Angela, my sales representative, was an absolute delight to work with. Her knowledge, patience, and genuine dedication to ensuring that I found the perfect vehicle that fit my budget. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions, address any concerns, and make sure I felt comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. Angela's exceptional customer service truly made all the difference, I am so grateful for her expertise and support, and loved how she treaded my family and my 2 year old boy who was non stop.

Freddy, the sales manager was amazing as well. His friendly demeanor, transparency, through appraising my vehicle.I felt valued and respected every step of the way. It was only in the end he revealed himself as a manager, when Angela said the manager will come out to congratulate you. He is for the people !!!

Mark, the finance manager, also deserves special recognition for his outstanding service. He took the time to explain all the financing options available to me, ensuring that I understood each aspect of the deal. Mark's expertise and patience helped me select the perfect maintenance and protection plan that fit my budget and preferences perfectly.

Overall, my experience at this dealership was absolutely fantastic, thanks to the incredible team of Angela, Freddy, and Mark. Years ago, I walked through the same door and dealt with an individual who was no longer there,  he was dismiss and sent me my wife away with a card without even asking any questions. This time around has taught me not to base people or an establishment off one bad experience with someone. Thank you to Angela, Freddy, Mark, and the entire team for exceeding all my expectations and making my car-buying experience truly amazing!

First off, probably like most, I do not look forward to going to a dealership for a vehicle purchase but...

I was searching for months for a truck, with the crazy prices of vehicles and limited inventory it wasn't easy. I was driving by one day and spotted they had the truck I was looking for out front. Going in blind to the sales floor to any random salesman I will say, my experience here was one of the most pleasant out of all my dealership experiences. From the salesman, sales manager and finance manager I will say they were great. No pressure, easy going and made the deal work for me.

Fast forward a few months I came back for the trucks first service. Scheduling was very easy online, the service department members were good to deal with and the service prices were fairly reasonable.

This is how a dealership should handle business from sales to service because of that, they will have returning business from me. Appreciate a well run business with friendly staff.

I recently purchased a 2025 Chevrolet Trax from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The process was incredibly smooth and efficient—I was in and out in less than two hours! Jon was fantastic, guiding me through every step with expertise and a friendly attitude. Tony was amazing, providing excellent customer service and answering all my questions. Duye was the most personable individual, making the financial aspects seem easy and stress-free. Overall, it was a top-notch experience, and I highly recommend this dealership. 10/10!

Somewhat disappointed that I had to wait five days for a service appointment! That said, Marjorie and Forest were extremely professional, courteous, and kept me informed of the vehicle's status. Excellent job!!!!
On the negative side (not dealer issues) a few problems:
1. Have a Certified 2019 Buick Encore (31k mi) that was stalling out and completely died on the road on three separate occasions! As a result I called Buick Roadside Service to have my car towed to my local Chevrolet dealer for repair (3 miles away). The agent stated I needed to have it towed to a Buick dealer 14.8 miles away....what is this? That was NOT communicated to me when I purchased the car in July 2023. In fact, I was told I could bring the vehicle to ANY GM dealership. After voicing my displeasure I had to escalate the problem for resolution. in short, it did get resolved however, NOT HAPPY!!!
2. The problem turned out to be a degraded battery and told  it was not covered under the bumper to bumper warranty! If this battery was weak it should have been part of the vehicle certified checklist prior to sale ($237 out of pocket) again, NOT HAPPY!!!
Finally, prior to this purchase I was a lifetime Toyota owner, however we liked the Encore, and thought we would give GM a try! I hope we don't regret the decision!!!!
