Since the Flynn group was bought out by #1 Cochran group the dealership has not had the excellent services it previously had. They would email you regarding what your car was due for, i.e. oil change/tire rotation. That did not happen and I fortunately was scrolling through the electronics on my dashboard and realized I immediately  needed to schedule an appointment. My appointment was taken care of by Aaron who is terrific, but seemed like everyone is gone that worked there in that department.
While in the waiting area, a sales rep was bombarding a couple regarding buying a car instead if doing this in his office. Everyone could hear everything he said. I felt bad for the customers, he left them then came back again. Very rude of him.
Cashiers have been fired, so now you are no longer privately paying for your bill.
Although I have been very loyal to this dealership despite the distance from my home, I do not need obviously to go there anymore. I
