Could not be happier with our experience at Commonwealth Volkswagen. We previously went to another Volkswagen dealership, and felt as if the sales department was not looking to make it work for us, and quite frankly, were trying to take advantage. I felt uncomfortable, and wanted to try another dealership. My husband and I just bought a new car. The experience in buying this car was unbelievable. Seth who was the salesperson was fantastic.  He took the entire day with us shopping in the 5 different dealerships they have on the Commonwealth.  He is a very very knowledgeable young man who took the time to go through all of the vehicles with us.  He explained the vehicles and asked what it was that we wanted in a vehicle.  We test drove the vehicles that we had interest in and he stayed with us from the beginning to the end.  Of all the dealerships that we have been to before he is the one person who explained everything on the vehicle and he made it fun.  He stayed with us all the way to the end.  Mind you we were signing the paperwork and they place was closing up but he waited for us.  If you want to purchase a vehicle, ask for Seth Audet in Lawrence on the Commonwealth.  He will be the one who can and will help you all the way from beginning to the end.  Very happy with our purchase.  When I go to purchase another vehicle, I will be looking for Seth. Plain and simple we needed service - a lot of service.  Brakes, tires, oil change...the whole thing.  I called Commonwealth and not only were they kind, they allowed us to drop off our vehicle and offered flexibility we needed that day.  The technicians and reps were honest about pricing and what needed to be done.  Informative but not intimidating and understanding when I had to get an uber that was arriving just before close.  I do not live that close but I would come back here in a second because I appreciate the level of service that everyone I met with gave.  My car was taken care of, the price was extremely fair. Commonwealth VW is a great dealership with a service department that sets a very high standard for excellence and commitment to its customers. Always professional, always timely, the service team handles all issues with the customer in mind. They have a great waiting area with phone charging, coffee, and WiFi. They also have a shuttle available if needed. I have been a long time customer of Commonwealth and what keeps me coming back to lease new VW’s are: vehicle quality, excellent and knowledgeable sales (Han’s Malabranche is outstanding), and finance teams, and the exceptional service team that has provided the same high level customer service no matter who the individual service advisor has been. It’s the standard of high quality that prompts me to give Commonwealth VW in Lawrence MA my highest recommendation. My latest service advisor Bobby Fontaine has been outstanding in handling my service needs for my latest vehicle Atlas’s Crossport and I would also give Bobby my highest recommendation.

Everyone I dealt with was super pleasant! My car was ready quickly and they even helped me with getting my sticker stuck to my license plate. (I tried and it kept falling off)
