Cindy is our service advisor and is phenomenal to work with! When we've had unexpected issues come up, she is always able to get our vehicles in quickly so we can get it taken care of!

I grew up driving Chevy. Maybe if I drove a truck I would go back. After driving a few Chevy cars (2006 cobalt, 2012 Malibu and being disappointed with the cars later in life issues (80,000+) as well as their inability to hold value, I decided to switch over and buy a 2018 honda accord LX brand new 5-6 years ago. There is not one single feature that I preferred in my Chevy. The technology, the minimum maintenance, the spacious interior, the acceleration combined with a great mpg, the materials (love the rhino lined floors and trunk), the amazing value retention. I’m going on 83,000 miles and the car runs as good as it ever has. Certainly if I keep taking care of it I can push it to 300,000 miles and then it into a car for my young kids.

That’s just about my switch. The service department has been amazing. Everywhere I’ve moved (Lawrence, Topeka, Kansas City, Wichita, and now Hutchinson). They are quick, reasonable on cost, and absolutely know what they are doing. Normally I like to shop for a mechanic in my area to do work, but the dealership service department leaves me no reason to need to do so. The professional banter is also a nice setting to walk into and the facilities are always top notch. I love my Honda!

Also I’ve used the parts department a couple of times and they get a high recommendation as well! Thanks for all the great work you guys do!

My salesman, Brad Holden, was really easy to work with. I’m from Wichita and was originally going to buy a Civic at Schofield but they were rather difficult to deal with. Brad and I exchanged a few texts and we quickly agreed on a price. He kept his word on the deal. Ed (I can’t remember his last name) in financing got me a better interest rate than I was going to get from my bank. There was no pressure made at all. They offered some extended warranties and when I said I wasn’t interested, that was the end of it. Just to be clear, there weren’t any issues with the warranties offered. I just simply wasn’t interested. I’ve had dealerships that wouldn’t take “no” for an answer. If you are looking for a Honda, this is the place to go. I don’t have experience with the other Conklin dealerships, but I wouldn’t hesitate for a moment to recommend them based off of my experience at their Honda dealership.
