The entire dealership was great too! Everyone I spoke with was polite and respectful. This is my 2nd vehicle purchased from Coyle and both have been great!

After our 2020 Murano was totaled I began a search for a new vehicle. I knew I wanted another Murano because of the wonderful safety features that kept me & my husband from being seriously injured. Cassie was great! I had test drove some cars a few other places before I found one on this lot. No one ever seemed to know anything. But Cassie... she was extremely knowledgeable of the cars I asked to look at and made sure to answer any questions I had and provide me with the full information before we ever left the lot!! It was my first big adult purchase, and she made it seem less scary. I showed up several times during the process, and everyone always seemed very nice and welcoming. I did feel like some things got lost in translation and surprised me when I came to pick it up, but I think even with that, she was nice and did what she could to accommodate. The detail of my car could have been a bit better, but that seems to be the case everywhere you buy a car.

I am SO glad I finally found Coyle Nissan. I researched getting a new car for 4-6 weeks. I genuinely lost count of how much work I put into it. I worked or communicated with at least a dozen dealerships. The experience at most places? Sub-par. But my Coyle salesman, Jordan, was fantastic from the very start: prompt, gracious and accommodating when I had to adjust my initial appointment due to work, incredibly informative and helpful, and quite simply easy and fun to talk with! If he didn't know the answer, he found out for me. I truly feel like I can ask him any questions down the road for any questions that arise due to my being a new Nissan customer. The same goes for ANYBODY at that dealership: Alex, the general manager who personally called me after I emailed several questions; Mike, a sales manager who helped get me and my new car ready; Chris, a fellow salesman who answered questions for me while Jordan got out of a meeting; and a huge shout out to Aaron, a truly A+ finance manager who not only knows his stuff but who provided hands down the *fastest* paperwork processing I've ever encounter (and I've had quite a few cars in my lifetime). As a young woman, I know car dealerships can suck. I never felt taken advantage of because of my gender or young age. And I'll continue to shout Coyle's praises to anybody who needs a car. That's not something I've ever said before about a dealership!
