This dealership always gives the best customer service!  They are friendly, pleasant, and attentive to your needs from the time you walk in the door.  Auto repair charges are also fairly priced.  The service department does not invent false auto repairs to obtain your money.  I never had a service dept visit at any other dealerships where they did NOT find something wrong with my car!  I'm delighted to say that has been my experience with Crestmont on a couple of occasions, for many years!  My husband liked my XT5 Cadillac, and the service that I receive at Crestmont so much so that he decided to buy an XT6 Cadillac, and is now a very happy customer as well!  We are a very satisfied Cadillac Family!
