Had a great experience getting a car from Crestmont. Andy Beloff is an excellent sales person. He had been very honest and upfront about the deal, very attentive and responded promptly. He provided the complete details about the car, fees and the sale price before my appointment. At my appointment, the car was prepped well, fully charged, the paperwork was ready and Andy made sure that the whole process was smooth. I highly recommend him and the dealership.

I couldn't give a 5 star rating due to my experience with the finance person. I wanted to transfer my previous license plate to the new car, for several reasons. I have asked him multiple times that it was important for me. I gave the registration and asked him to transfer it(not to save money, they charge same amount with new plate or transfer). I called to confirm that he put that request in. He never returned my calls, and was very casual about it. They didn't transfer my old plate, and it's too late to transfer it now.

All communication was done with Rob via email. Worked with him to secure deal. When I arrived at dealership I met Dan to finalize and worked with the finance guy (sorry forgot your name) to sign the paperwork. In and out of dealership in 1 hour. Second to none customer service, knowledge and friendliness!!! Had an amazing experience with my salesman (and now friend) Brandon. I couldn’t recommend him more! Not only does he represent the brand with the utmost professionalism and dignity, but he knows everything about each vehicle he’s selling. Not once have I ever dealt with a car salesman that knew more than me about the vehicle I was buying. Brandon kept me in the loop for almost 2 years that I had a deposit down on a vehicle that I was back and forth with regarding which model I ended up wanting. He reassured me that if I waited as patiently as I could, eventually Toyota would allocate the vehicle I was searching for and they did. Without much surprise, Brandon made the process super smooth, easy and enjoyable and I know I can trust him with all my car-buying needs now and in the future.
