Overall the customer service was great!  I had a great first experience with Crestmont.  The only reason I didn't give them a 5 star was because I think their prices are a litter high, (even for dealership prices) and being a first time customer, nothing was explained to me about where to bring my car. Just a simple "bring the car to the front and drop the keys inside" would go a long way! I was looking for the garage around back and trying to figure out if I was at the right location or if they did their service off site!?  Other than that the rest was easy and painless!
