I had reached out to the dealership inquiring about a vehicle. From the initial phone call, Ken went above and beyond sending me a video of the vehicle which had not yet been updated with pictures. When we arrived, we test drove the vehicle, TWICE, and made sure we liked it. Ken was there to answer all of our questions throughout the process. He was patient and understanding and ultimately worked with us on the final sales price. I had not purchased a vehicle in many years and he made the complete experience smooth and enjoyable. Purchased a vehicle from this location. It was a decent experience. Everyone was nice but the back and forth between our initial contact and the backend office was slow. Took four hours to make a purchase on a vehicle we wanted, with no haggling, that we were paying cash for. This was after a long drive there, and back. I’d still recommend but if they can reduce the amount of back and forth between our sales guy and the backend office that would really boost the experience. I worked with Ken and he was great. 10/10 for Ken :)
