I absolutely hate car shopping, but my experience with Crystal motor cars was a pleasant one. Nice staff. Not pushy at all. The car I chose needed a minor repair and they took care of it. They gave me a loaner until my car was fixed. The sticker price was accurate. There weren’t any hidden fees like I experienced at other dealers. Nico and everyone at crystal motor cars are awesome. I bought a car online and was nervous but they did everything right. I live in Amarillo, TX which is 1500 miles away and shipping was a breeze. I have been used car shopping for the last few weeks.   Usually this is a soul crushing and anxiety riddled process.  Not here.  I purchased a 2008 Infinity ex35 on 04/25/2024 here.  The total experience was professional, thorough, pleasant and fast.  I brought an Acura to trade in and they met the highest value offered.  I drove the car back to Naples, in rush hour stop n go, followed by a well above the legal limit blast down 75.  Not a problem, and no bad car smells from exercising it a little.
