Honestly the best car-dealership experience of all time. Victor and Bryant answered every single question we had about our vehicle patiently and kindly. Arlene got us a great deal and made the negotiation feel honest and up front. Everything was clearly communicated and we got the whole thing done in 2 visits (totaling 2.5hrs). An absolute dream. Shout out to Roman in the financing dept for making it all go smoothly.

This was our first time buying a new Volvo, and things  went very smoothly.   Arlene was professional, friendly, and very helpful.   Communication was excellent, as she kept us informed throughout the process by texting me updates whenever necessary.   The dealer is lucky to have her on the team!   On the technical side, Bryant was exceptionally knowledgeable and patient in explaining all the great features of the car.   His positive attitude made it easy to ask him questions and to learn the systems.   He also invited us to contact him directly on his cell phone or in person anytime we need additional help.   He's definitely a winner!

The experience with Volvo Culver City was really great. Martin Munoz was my assigned executive and he was nothing but the best. Had a little time crunch so I requested him if I could get my vehicle on time and he absolutely kept his words to get me out before time. In fact there were some broken things in the car that were under warranty and he himself got them replaced... It was a really great experience at the Culver City service center.
