I went to Joe Hicks for help, as I wanted a newer truck.  I told him what I was comfortable paying and what I had to offer for a trade and down payment.  He helped me figure out what range of vehicle I could afford, because he did not want me to be unhappy with it down the road.  He offered up great suggestions, Dave helped find a vehicle too, Bob helped appraise my trade, and Nick helped get me financed.  Couldn't be happier with the experience.  They all really cared.
I totally was expecting a negative experience,  but figured it'd be worth it to get a new ride.  What Joe and the other Dahl employees showed me was that I never should have worried in the first place.  I honestly am so happy with how I was treated I can't imagine ever using another dealership.  These guys exemplify great customer service and all should own their own dealerships.   They know how to treat people right.  Joe, you da man.  Thank you.  I ? Dahl.

We reached out to Dahl Used Car where we met with Joe.  He had the car detailed prior to us coming to see it, and it was a very short time from our initial contact and our physical visit to the store.  Further, he had great knowledge of this particular vehicle and could answer all of our questions.  He reviewed the essentials and the special features of the car prior to us test driving it.
