I'd like to start this by saying I did not end up buying anything from here, but the service I received during my visit was top notch. I was initially there to just shop around, I was greeted by Carlos B. and I let him know I was deaf in my left ear. Whether he did it intentionally or just by coincidence, he made sure to stay on my right side the whole time which I appreciated. I found a car I liked, but due to my current status as a certified broke boy I wasn't able to find something that worked for me at the moment. Carlos also was not pushy about it, another thing I greatly appreciated.

I discovered a recall involving my Ford Edge and called Dave Smith service desk. the receptionist offered thru mobile service, literally scheduling the service call at my home the next day. The technicians arrived on time and performed the update timely in a professional manner. A very convenient service!
