Family and I were in town on vacation to visit the Falls.  Trouble with our Acadia arose Friday night, called David Chevy first, since they were the closest.  Anne was very helpful on the phone, suggested a couple other places since David did not have a mechanic on duty for Saturday.  After calling around, with no luck, called Anne again to setup an appointment for Monday.  While on the phone asked her about rental car places, since I needed to get the family back to Ohio before Monday.  She again, stepped up and offered several suggestions to call.  I didn't get a chance to thank her personally, due to our Lyft driver being there within 2 minutes of requesting their service to take us to the rental car lot.  She certainly was a welcomed voice of comfort for helping us through finding what we needed in the local area.  Thank you Anne, job well done!
