It was my best new car purchase experience ever!! There was no pressure or stress to buy throughout. My Sales Client Advisor Paul C. was very understanding of my needs. He had excellent product knowledge and provided me with very good model type suggestions to meet my needs. Chris in finance clearly explained all the available extended warranties and service add on options (again no pressure). Lastly, their tech support expert Ryan who spent a considerable amount of time with me is an absolute fountain of technical knowledge about the vehicle's hardware and software controls.

We received our TX350 premium today and I wanted to give a referral for those interested. If you are in the northeast part of the country I highly recommend you reaching out to John Keklik at David McDermott Lexus in New Haven, CT.  If you have been reading the posts asking about discounts off MSRP, John most likely took a picture of his business card and posted it there. I have been looking since December, and have contacted dealers in my local area (Pittsburgh),my state (PA), and surrounding states.  None of them came close to what John was able to do from a price standpoint, and the process only took 10 days from the time I first reached out to the time I had my vehicle delivered to me. Everything was done professionally, and he was very straightforward (no shadiness, no unwanted add ons, etc).  I know some of you are going to ask what the discount was off of MSRP, and out of respect for John I’m not going to give you the exact number. However, I can tell you the pricing was very aggressive, enough so that even after you factor in the total cost of shipping the car and mailing documents, I am still saving thousands more than what anyone else offered.  I mean why would I buy a vehicle from out of state otherwise unless it was a really good straightforward deal that I was comfortable with.
