Purchased a new 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4xE.  Mauricio Ramos was my salesperson and he was phenomenal. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions. (Having test driven numerous other vehicles at other dealerships in Wichita where I’m from, knowledgeable sales people are rare.) He and I reached a deal over the phone, and I drove down and took delivery. Mauricio and the customer service representative, Greg Forsythe, who walked me through setting up my Jeep app on my phone, were both very friendly and personable. Even though I live in Kansas, I will call Mauricio in the future if I need another car for my family to see if he can help me. The buying experience has been a good one. I hope the ownership experience of my Jeep is as good.

I revisited my review and lowered it because despite several calls and promises to send me touch up paint for a couple of small chips in my paint from when I purchased the vehicle, they have never sent it to me. Extremely disappointing after how well my salesperson Mauricio had done. But I guess after receiving my money I was no longer a priority.

2nd edit. They sent me the touch up paint pen. Therefore, I am restoring my review.
