Adam, the sales manager, played a pivotal role in my experience. He worked tirelessly to ensure that everything was in place, addressing every detail from start to finish. While I don’t want to emphasize the negotiation aspect, I can confidently say that he provided me with a wonderful price that was fair and transparent. Adam took the time to go over every single aspect of the purchase over the phone, so by the time I made my decision to buy the car, I had no lingering questions.

Treston, my sales associate, was equally exceptional, bringing a refreshing, low-key approach to the process. He was incredibly knowledgeable and dedicated, walking me through every feature of the car, ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed. He even stayed with me until I drove off, waving goodbye, which made me feel like more than just a customer—I felt like a valued friend.

Delaney Honda even went above and beyond by sending a very cordial
driver to pick me up from the Greyhound bus terminal, 45 minutes away. This level of service is a benchmark for what car-buying experiences should be. I’m incredibly appreciative of all the efforts made by Adam, Treston, and the entire team at Delaney Honda. They have truly set a new standard for my future dealings with car dealerships.
