This was my first time buying a new car at a dealership, I purchased a brand new 2024 Honda civic sport and I had a great first experience. My sales guy was Sam Assisi at Delray Honda. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and right away he brought out the car for me to test drive, explained to me everything about the car and all the cool features. He made buying a car easy. And him being a Dolphins fan was just the cherry on top???? I would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to get a car. Thanks again Sam!

Car buying is extremely anxiety provoking and stressful, especially as a single woman. I was always told to never go in a dealership alone without a man to avoid being ripped off. However, my experience with Ed Haddad was not as expected.

From the moment I submitted an online inquiry for the exact car I wanted Ed called me within 30 minutes. He had the car I inquired about pulled up to the front of the dealership when I arrived and we got straight down to business. No bait and switch. The price was the price. This was my first  major purchase alone and I was a nervous wreck. Ed was extremely patient with me and explained all of the the car’s features and the application/financing process. Gary in finance gave me some hard truths but he was direct with me and we got it done.

I wish this experience on anyone who walks into Honda. 10/10 recommend and look forward to working with Honda Delray in the future.

Car buying is an anxiety-provoking and intensely stressful thing to do for many, and I am no exception. My wife and I were in the market to buy a new sedan to accommodate our growing family.

We had specific needs - we wanted a vehicle that got excellent mileage, had the best in safety features, and rode like a dream.

We live further away from Delray Honda and closer to a competitor, and first tried to make a purchase for a Honda Accord Hybrid Touring 2024 with them.

Suffice to say, our experience with this competitor (in Lake Worth, you can check for yourself) was abysmal.

They quoted us one price online, only to bait and switch on us when we got to the dealership. They promised they could get us the Canyon River Blue color we wanted, only to renege at the dealer and tell us there were none in the state.

This left a very bad taste in our mouths and we backed out and started considering other options.

This is where Delray Honda stepped in.

From our first point of contact with their Internet sales rep Shane, it was clear that their focus was on helping us meet our needs...hell, Shane even went so far as to say he hoped that they could EARN our business.

In a world where people are entitled and don't really care about forming relationships, this was not only refreshing, but signaled that we'd get a different experience with Delray Honda.

We were able to pin down a very reasonable price and to boot, Delray Honda was able to find our desired color and have it at their dealership within less than 24 hours!

When we arrived to the dealer, our sales representative Norman was beyond friendly and accommodating. He made us feel welcome and helped to get us excited about our new vehicle.

Their financial advisor Justin helped us navigate our financing options flawlessly and never once pressured us into buying coverage that didn't suit our needs.

The entire experience at Delray Honda was a polar opposite to that of their Lake Worth competitor, and it was the first time ever that I didn't have anxiety sitting in a dealership.

Though I was there for about 3 hours that day, I walked away with a gorgeous new car that was affordable and purchased fairly.

Although I am not a fan of dealerships for their shady sales tactics, I have a newfound appreciation for those few dealerships like Delray Honda, who actually care to get you in a vehicle that meets your needs as opposed to what best lines their pockets.

I won't forget this, and you can bet that when it comes time down the line to replace my wife's 2017 CR-V, I know that I will be choosing Delray Honda.

Again, I can't thank Shane, Norman, and Justin enough. You guys made my wife and my visit something that was a positive experience, and you did so professionally, compassionately, and respectfully.

A bit far for my taste (I live in Miami) but the quality of cars and professionalism of the reps is bar none. From sales, financing, insurance they are all awesome. Definitely recommend.
