Having visited other Toyota dealerships in the area, I can confidently say that the level of service I received at Toyota DeLuca was unmatched.

Cynthia went above and beyond to ensure my experience was exceptional. From the moment I arrived for my oil change appointment, she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to explain the service process and made sure all my concerns were addressed.

One of the highlights of my visit was the complimentary manicure offered while my car was being serviced. It was a delightful and unexpected perk that made the wait enjoyable and relaxing. The quality of the manicure was excellent, adding to the overall positive experience at Toyota DeLuca.

Adrian was so kind and wonderful!!! We had two kids (under 4) and I was pregnant (early nauseous phase) and he was so catering and sweet! He was patient, but my favorite part was he was not pushy like how I thought it might go, he was the opposite. Showed us our options, and let us talk and decide. If I ever need another car I will be seeing Adrian again. He really took care of us ?? and I feel we got a fair deal! Thank you Adrian!!!

I know that DeLuca is a Toyota dealership, but I was in the market for a BMW SUV and DeLuca had one that ticked all the boxes.  The car was well maintained via the Carfax and was in excellent shape.  I sent a message late at night requesting if the vehicle was available, and before 10 am the following day, I received a call and a video email from Tony letting me know the car was available, and he helped me schedule a test drive for my wife and I later that afternoon.  We were in constant contact, and since we live one hour away, we were able to set up a time that worked best for us.  Although it was a BMW, Tony was knowledgeable of the car and showed us many of its features.  The test drive was pleasant, and my wife and I both had the opportunity to drive and compare how we liked the X7.

We needed some time to think about the purchase and Tony did not pressure us one bit, even though another family was also interested in the exact vehicle when we left to get lunch.

A few hours later, I called Tony back to see if the X7 was still there.  I said we were thinking about heading home.  That's when he told me to come in and we can make this work.   Once again, he was ready and prepared to take care of us.  My wife and I were very impressed with his professionalism and understanding.  DeLuca is a top-notch dealership, they gave us a great value for our trade-in, and we are very thankful that Tony was there to take care of us.

On the drive home, I told my wife it was meant to be.
Now the M3 has a new partner (aka Beasty).
