Greg Gallagher was an exceptional sales person. He helped me via text to pick out the perfect car for my wife. I live in NH and explained that I would be making the 10 hour trip from NH to PA then 10 hours back if the deal was right. We worked everything out, he got me as much as he could for my truck, we had a verbal agreement and I hit the road. He recommended a hotel and reassured me that the car would be there when I got there. Greg was communicating with me the entire way so that we had everything sorted. I arrived at the dealership, looked the car over and took it for a test drive while they looked my trade over. No shady deals, no changes in price, no pressure. Dave (Ranch) Dressing came out and went over the paperwork with me and explained that because I was out of state some of the numbers would be higher but he was able to give me more for my trade to make it all work without me needing to pay a dime more. I signed all of the paperwork and hit the road. Excellent experience, worth the 20 hours of driving to deal with honest people who stick to their word. Greg even checked in on me the following morning and a few days later to make sure that my wife liked the car and that I had a safe trip home. Thank You Diehl for an exceptional experience.

I had a fantastic experience at Diehl when I picked out my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4xe!  Evan, Daryl, Matt, and Kris were all really kind, and great to work with.  Evan & Matt worked so hard to find me a great deal for my budget and were so patient, and Kris was SUPER knowledgeable about all things 4xe! I am rewriting my review to reflect that it was written based on misinformation and a misunderstanding.

I have been doing business with Diehl Automotive for over 8 years, and there have been some hiccups here and there, but they always make it right.

My first major experience i want to tell happened when we went to purchase a ram 2500. We began our process over the phone and not actually in the showroom. We found the truck we wanted online and started the approval process. When we finally went to the showroom to see the truck, we were paired with Mike Riley as our salesperson. When i say that Mike went above and beyond, that is an under statement. Mike actually turned out to not be a salesperson but rather a representative of the Dodge and other name brands. He is extremely knowledgeable about the features and characteristics of the vehicles to ensure that you are happy with what you are looking at. He is very personable, and there is zero pressure. Mike Riley is a prime example of the type of person that should be in customer service. Even a year after the sale, he still checks in to see how our truck is doing for us, and when i go up there for service, if he isnt busy, he comes out and chats for a few minutes. If you need a vehicle, Mike will definitely help you out.

Now i would like to review the service department. By doing so, i will first have to apologize to Shawn Peters for the huge misunderstanding that happened during our visit yesterday due to misinformation.
We have serviced our vehicles with Diehl for over 8 years, and their staff have always been very professional and friendly. I will say that the prices are a little higher at Diehl for services. Other than that, they have always provided a greater than 5 star service.

Overall, i would give Diehl higher than 5 stars if i could.
