Good evening I wanted to share my experience with DNS automotive. I was looking for a used car because I didn’t want a huge car payment right now. They had a 2011 ford fusion I went there and did the credit and tested the car and loved it. They were amazing very nice offering us water while we waited made the whole experience wonderful. They offered a warranty on the car if anything went wrong bring it back and they will take a look. Also the bank offered a two year warranty. I got the car home and later in the afternoon the power steering wasn’t right. I called DNS right away and that night they came out and checked it the next day they came back and took the car to the shop repaired the power steering and the O2 sensor at no cost to me. I was very happy with the outcome the car runs great we’ve taken it to Hershey and Philly on two separate occasions since I bought it last month. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for a used car, I have to say I went to a small used car dealer a long time ago and was treated horribly. So I was afraid to go to another one but with this experience I would rather go back to them when I need another car in the future.

Back in April I got into a bad accident and was shopping for another car. Upon searching for a used Camry I came across DNS automotive who was selling a used Camry. Kish made the buying process so effortless. Unfortunately we did run into some bumps into the road like the touchscreen radio in the car didn’t work at all. The tire sensors also didn’t work. Kish didn’t want to pay for the radio even though these things wasn’t told to me. He gave me the option to return the car and give me my money back but we were able to come to another agreement which left me with a new CarPlay radio and he also offered to fix the tire pressure sensors for me too. I’m happy that he did everything he could to fix his mistakes and make me a happy customer overall I’ve had my car for 5 months now and no problems just regular maintenance like oil changes and I love my car thank you so much kish for the great customer service.
