Service and sales personnel are very friendly and helpful. We had an engine sensor issue, and since we were on a trip, they solved the problem quickly. They could have told us anything, and we would have had to believe them. While waiting, a sales representative showed us several SUVs, knowing we were not going to be purchasing them. We were gone and back on the road in under 90 minutes. A great experience and positive result.

I came about half hour early for my appointment at 1:00 pm as I was running errands before hand. I explained to the clerk that I had another appointment at three and was hoping they were running ahead of scheduled.  She said they wasn't but apparently they bumped me up for my oil change as I was out by 2:00 pm. The clerk was really friendly and nice that waited on me.
