From the time I arrived and to the test drive was a great experience. Our salesman James Kelly was great answering questions and showing all the options the vehicle had. Also knowing we just had a short time to take care of this we were not rushed but they rushed to get everything completed so we could get to another appointment we had scheduled. Once we reached Keenan in the finance department he was extremely helpful as well and assisted us getting everything completed quickly. Great bunch of employees from what I experienced.

I’m happy with the customer service staff. Wonderful people. Not happy with sales due to fraudulent statement of something being new and finding out product was in fact two years old. I don’t like anyone assuming I did something when in fact it was further from the truth. The women that take service calls and schedule are excellent people.

I had spent a significant amount of time to find the right truck for my desires. I worked with multiple dealerships to try and nail a price down and consistently felt like I was “losing” in the end. Vehicles cost more, it is what it is. The difference at Donalson is that the staff advocates for me. Haley Mueller, despite being a new employee with Donalson, made tremendous efforts to answer my many questions. Haley was attentive, considerate, and patient during the entire process. Haley introduced us to Jason French and with his additional effort and explanation we felt confident in the process. Jason fought hard for our business, Jason fought hard for us. We left with what we felt was a good price and an incredible interest rate as a result of the unbelievable promotion that GMC was running. The price was superior to the prices located within a 200-mile radius. The lot was full, the popcorn was fresh, the coffee was hot, and the music was good. Enjoyed our experience in a normally high-stress situation.

All of my original issues were clarified & addressed. I had some additional questions, while I was there, that revealed another issue. My OnStar service was not working properly. This was also addressed, but could not be fixed. After a call from the Technician, to OnStar over the phone, we were informed they would have to do some additional work to correct the problem & would call me when it was done. That issue is still pending. The service department was very friendly & helpful. Follow up -> The OnStar was corrected & working the next day. They also added 2 additional months to my free trial.????

Review from a normal, everyday Mom who despises car dealerships and doesn't trust anyone (HAHA) -- I brought my Suburban in for a 100K mile tune up. Unfortunately, my vehicle required much more work than the standard 100K mile tune up. I worked very closely with Jewel throughout the repair process. She was BEYOND helpful, kind and patient with my husband and I. She came across very genuine and it was easy to trust her professional opinion. She made a very unfortunate situation feel like an easy transaction. She didn't even make me feel guilty for dropping off a dirty loaner car!  She is very good at her job and she deserves a RAISE!
