The moment upon arrival to Donley Ford, like when I stepped out of my car, I was greeted by the Lovely Haley C.
Buying a Car is difficult decision but an absolute necessity.  What wasn’t difficult was buying a Ford and buying the model a Ford Explorer.
Haley was outstanding in customer service and care.  We chose to buy used and she kept finding cars for us to look at that was in the arena that we asked.  It took over a week for us to decide, and when we finally wanted to see a car Haley found for us, she called and told us it was sold. But she immediately had another, that was similar to what we wanted, actually it was better and we bought it!
We were able to trade in our 2014 Ford Explorer,  it has served us well and it was like saying goodbye to an old friend.  And now saying hello to a new one.
The speed of the actual process was very quick and efficient.
I told Haley, my Father ( who has long been passed away) had  retired from Ford Motor Company working for over 35 years. I even worked for Fords every summer when I was on break from College .  I have only had Ford Vehicles all my driving life. ( I’m 67).   I’m excited and happy to now be part of the Donley Ford Family.
