Donley Ford has proven their dealership is truly worth the time and drive to purchase a car from once again! Lots of dealerships sell vehicles, but few can say their customers trust them enough to make themselves the FIRST dealership previous customers turn to when purchasing another vehicle.

Our salesman (Chad Keaton) was remarkable - professional and courteous beyond his years.
Chad had moved our vehicle up front for our viewing before we got there. He greeted us just inside the door and even gave us the option of going with us for the test drive so he could answer our questions as they arose.  When we returned, he went back and spoke to the service team right away with a question I had.

The service team worked on and resolved the issue immediately before we even got to the numbers (price and financing).

Donley's financing team was honest and mindful of our needs.  We were approved with less than perfect credit in a very short time. Signing paperwork was easy and the finance manager was thorough so we knew the details up front.

Thanks to Donley Ford for turning a look at a vehicle into a same-day purchase once again! There's no other dealership that has ever been so nice to me! God bless everyone at Donley Ford of Mt. Vernon.

I flew in from out of state to buy a late model used Mazda 3 Hatchback with a 6 speed manual transmission from Jim at Donley Ford. All I can say is wow! It was truly extremely easy, and great folks to make it even better. Everything finance wise was handled via text and I flew in the next day to Columbus where the dealer had arranged for their driver Steve to pick me up from the airport- He was polite, courteous, and on time. There was no need to haggle the price of the vehicle as it was priced more than fair, which saved a lot of time. Overall I would take the time to fly in and drive 7 hours back home again without a second thought, the service was unmatched! A big thanks to Jim and Donley Ford for my new car!

I went into Donley Ford of Mount Vernon on 3/16/2023 looking for a new vehicle for my extended drive to work. Needing great gas mileage, low miles, and good driving capability were just a few of my requirements and having financial issues left the team at Donley with more than a couple hurdles to jump through.
