Went in for the 20k service on my car. Overall all it was a good experience. My service writer was a bit newer(we all start somewhere, just trying to give full details), which led to a minor miscommunication about what service I wanted done, and their standard procedures. It was addressed and remedied immediately, and I will return. Upon completion of the service, there was some type of glitch with the power mirror on my car, they pulled it back in and had a tech figure it out and fix it.
