My engine block had a crack in it leaving me without a vehicle. Thankfully still had extended warranty in place that covered towing & replacement w/$100 deductible. Doug Henry was so helpful: had me have towing company tow SUV that same afternoon to them. They ran warranty down & got work approved & ordered engine/parts. Meanwhile had them replace lugs & 4 tires. Everyone was polite & most helpful to me. I had my car back on the road within a week (other dealers couldn’t even look at the job needed in that time!).
