I have to say that this was truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. My sales person found exactly what I wanted. And to save time, he had the paperwork all prepared for the following day so instead of 3 plus hours at the dealership, I was able to complete everything in 30 mins. Several of my friends recently bought new Toyotas of their own, so it was my turn! Rachel got the ball rolling and Vern saw me the rest of the way.
