I recently purchased a 2019 Chrysler Pacifica from Derik! He was a very kind man. He worked hard to help us get squared away. Very honest and upfront about all the vehicles we looked at, while on the lot. We had one concern about the tires on the van, and Derik didn’t  hesitate at all, to work out an arrangement to help us with new tires. He was so patient with us (and our three young kids) while we tried to navigate through the loan process. I have also spoken with Donna and Donnie (I hope I’m remembering his name right!)  in the past week, at the office. Everyone has been so helpful and kind!
