I drove to Indianapolis for work and had an issue with my forester so I took it to the nearest Subaru before I had to make the long drive back. The nearest location was this one and it turned out to be a really nice experience even though car stuff is always a huge stress.

Tyler helped me as soon as I arrived and he was so lovely and kind the entire time. He kept me informed and checked in with me regularly without being asked. I didn’t have any expectations, but he definitely exceeded them. He was quick to find answers, thorough, patient despite me being a little scattered. He helped arrange a ride for me to go somewhere for food since I was gonna be waiting for a little bit. Anthony was the other person who helped me, he drove me to get coffee and picked me back up again sometime later. He was delightful and kind and helped me get coffee so, bless.

Idk what is to be expected from dealerships but I was pleasantly surprised. Also it was the biggest most merciful bonus the issue with my car was still covered. I don’t live anywhere near here, but i hope they’re just as nice at the Subaru by me.
