I am from Texas visiting North Carolina - and had an issue w/ my 3 year old Tahoe.

I called multiple mechanics and Chevy dealers.

Duvall Automotive was by far the most helpful & genuine. BJ - in parts was the most kind hearted & helpful person that took time to walk me through the issue and locate the needed part. Upon arrival, I met Jeff the owner that took the time to offer assistance. Louie Duvall was also outgoing to try and help.

This family and their business had gone above and beyond. If I lived anywhere within 250 miles I would exclusively buy my vehicles from this group.

Wow! I took my new truck for its first service here. I had my old truck serviced in Franklin, NC; In general, Countryside was a terrible experience.

I scheduled this service, and  when I arrived I was met by BJ who answered all my questions, explained the warranty process and then walked me around the dealership and escorted me to the waiting room.

She noted that there was a recall they could take care of if I had a few extra minutes, which was no problem.

What a difference! Respect, competence and service oriented. I highly recommend using the Duval dealership. I specifically recommend speaking with BJ. I'll be going back.
