Had a really great car buying experience with Zach at Dwayne Lane! We were referred to Zach by a friend and he made the process so easy and straight-forward. He was also kind and super responsive to my million emails, lol. I was up front with him that we didn't want to waste time and "be sold" and he totally got it, and respected it. The whole Dwayne Lane team (I apologize I can't remember the finance gentleman's name!) were exceptional, prompt, and respectful.  We even got a very competitive rate for financing and their financing process blew Navy Fed out of the water. So so glad we went this route. Would highly recommend purchasing a car through Dwayne Lane! Go give Zach a shout!

I contacted the dealership through one of the car search engines and received a quick response and set up a time to look at a used Dodge Challenger. When I told them we got a late start, it was no problem. Chase, Matt, and the rest of their team were excellent to work with. This was by far the best car buying experience my wife and I have ever had. Dwayne Lane's buying experience was exemplary. Our sales associate Joel was so very helpful and didn't pressure us. He listened to our needs and concerns and was upfront about everything. He didn't pressure us to hurry or make a decision we weren't ready to make. The finance manager Elmer answered all our questions and explained our options clearly without trying to influence us to purchase unwanted extras. After the sale when we had questions they were quick to answer our calls and help us with our service and financing inquiries. The best car buying experience we've ever had.
