We came to E Smart Auto Group today to look at a Camry we saw advertised on Car Gurus and we’ve been to so many other dealers who’s cars weren’t as good as advertised, but E Smart’s Camry was as good and better. We were even more impressed with the car in person. Scott was really helpful in answering all of our questions. The car was clean on the outside and inside and Chris wrote up our paperwork in a truly timely manner. All in all, we had a great experience at E Smart Auto Group and we highly recommend them to everyone.

I just purchased a vehicle from Chris yesterday and he was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I walked in there not even expecting to leave with a car—just to windowshop, but he was able to help me out with financing out one of his vehicles. The car drives really smooth and he explained absolutely everything when I had questions or didn’t understand something he was talking about. Purchased a 2006 Honda Pilot in the beginning of March 2024. The car was exactly what was advertised. It was clean, runs great, and worth every cent I payed for it. I would recommend to anyone looking to buy a used vehicle. After purchasing the vehicle I asked them for the title and they told me they mail it and I will receive it in the mail in a week. After  a week went by, nothing. So I called them and come to find out they forgot to mail it and wouldn’t have if I hadn’t have called them. They only realized they didn’t mail it after I called. This caused a huge inconvenience for me because I live in D.C. and need parking permits for my vehicle. So I was waiting for the title to register the vehicle and get the parking permits at the same time. Because of this I have to make an extra trip to the dmv because I need the permits now, so I don’t get parking fines, taking an extra day off of work and losing time and money. When a fee of almost $600 is charged for a service it very well should get done. Other than that everything was great! Thank you!
